Guest guest
They should definitely move after every meal (Ideally)...assuming you get enough whole grains, fiber, ?? AND assuming you get enough bulk (as in quanity of foods eaten) to prompt them to move ?? Gaye
Guest guest
You may want to go a step further and try juicing the vegis. You definately need to do a bowel cleanse which will definately give you a head start. Guest guest
Pammy~~~ I'm recalling my research on Magnesium Oxide, your symptoms (if I recall) indicate your lacking it. Do some research on it and consider supplementing with it, be careful not to overdo it though or you will be on the toilet a l l d a y.... Most DEFINATELY do a bowel cleanse on a regular basis.
