This is more from the processing of the milk (pasturization and

homoginization) than from anything else. If you were to drink fresh

raw milk--which is also gathered humanely with no health issues in

the cows-- you would find that you are not lactose intalerant at

all. :o)

 

When the milk is heated and the fat globules are made smaller (for

looks of course), it allows the fat to enter our bodies and create

havoc with our health. The fat, in it's normal state is too large to

enter the bloodstream and thus doesn't cause the same health issues

or allergies that the store bought processed milk does.

 

I have proven this to people already with our own fresh raw milk!

You should see the look on their faces when they have NO reaction to

the milk. lol!
