Guest guest
Not in this case. MJ is correct. Eggs (cooked or raw) are a much better source of lecithin than soy. Raw eggs of course still have the enzymes so the lecithin and the protein are processed quicker and more easily. Guest guest
Jan Jenson <vizual I must know. There's a bush of them on a street near me, I walk by it to work. They are the most bizarre flowers I've ever seen. Passion flower. Mom has them in her greenhouse for decades (in North Dakota!). The flowers only last ONE day. Fabulous smell and very good for tea for stress! Jan Jenson The WELLth Coach
Guest guest
Jan Jenson <vizual I have not used aspartame or artificial sweeteners for about 15 years. I still have CFS and Fibro... What's IN your mouth?? After I had 17 amalgams and 2 nickel crowns replaced and detoxed from all those heavy metals, along with 22 years of welding smoke I don't have fibro any more either! I also eat about 85 percent RAW foods, take digestive enzymes EVERY time I eat and drink3-5 quarts of water a day (when I remember). Guest guest
lol ok don't get me started. I worked in the dental field for 15 years. There still to this day are no supporting studies showing that silver amalgam fillings cause any problems. Also I have 2 fillings in my mouth only and they are the tooth colored fillings. I don't have silver fillings. I personally know people who insisted on having all of their silver fillings replaced with other materials and are still sick. 20/20 ran a story on one women who claimed to be cured after her fillings were replaced. She simply went into remission. ashame 20/20 didn't do a follow-up story on her or they would have seen that she is now in a wheelchair. I got that information from my neurologist and the NMSS. Remission can come at any time. I'm in remission right now and feeling fabulous and I haven't changed anything I did to get to this point. It simply happened.
