Guest guest
Hi, Here is an expert from the Sam Biser newsletter on Slippery Elm. Along with this link for the complete story: http://www.sambiser.com/cancer_features/ignored_herb.html Recommendations from Sam: Get some slippery elm from your local healthfood store in powder form. Keep this on hand at all times to protect your family. What I do is make a gruel of it. I place some at the bottom of a cup or shallow bowl. Then add water slowly -- not too much at one time, and bring it to a cereal-type consistency. You can spoon this down when your stomach or gut is upset. When you cannot keep food down, you may be able to tolerate slippery elm. You can also use this slippery elm gruel externally if you make it thick enough. It will dry like a bandage. Cool stuff to have around! If you want to learn how to use slippery elm in critical degenerative diseases, I cover this, along with other ignored herbs, in my home study Course. _______________ Add photos to your messages with MSN 8.
