RE:MACA ROOT and Yerba Mate

Pam,

 

I just recently stopped drinking coffee myself. I've been drinking

Yerba Mate instead, and find it's effects much more pleasant than

coffee's, although it does still give me a lift. From what I've read

about it, it is full of nutrients. One of the benefits I've found is

that I don't get nearly so hungry when I drink it, probably because of

all the nutrients. I'll post some links below to some of what I've

read about it.

 

The first batch I got at the local health food store, for $8.69 for

1/2 pound. What I'm using now is from herbalcom.com, for $5.15 for a

whole pound! It differs somewhat in taste from what I got at the

store, but I think I like it better actually.
