Guest guest
Take up to three quarters of the veggie ingredients and chop to whatever consistency you like, from big and junky to finely chopped. Set in a large glass mixing bowl. Take the remaining veggies, the liquid ingredients, and the powdered ingredients, and puree them in a blender. Mix all together in the bowl, but be careful about breathing the fumes!! Cover and let sit in the firdge for 24 hours. I like to strain off the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer, and bottle the liquid as well. We use it as an alternative to Tobasco sauce. This stuff makes the roof of my mouth turn into little pebbles. Get the fresh habs, though. Don't use any peppers already soaked in vinager or pickle juice. ===== John Ybarra We are free to evade the effort of thinking, to reject reason, but we are not free to avoid the penalty of the abyss we refuse to see.
