About stainless steel, yes we eat some of it! in the santé-canada (Health

departement of Canada)website, there is an explanation about what you eat

from different kind of cooking material. From stainless, I remember you get

iron and maybe copper. Iron is good if you need it, but it is toxic if you

have too much of it.
