Guest guest
I've never heard of Maca Root, what is it? How does it taste? Are you actually looking for something instead of caffiene that has caffiene like properties? or something to drink in place of Coffee? I still drink an occassional cup on the weekend, but for the most part i have switched to green tea. Also Yerba Mate is good if you can find a blend that you like, I myself dont like the plain version. Also Rooibos tea is awesome, better than green tea for antioxidants, and it has a nice honey like flavor. Guest guest
I tried it for awhile as I am in the menopausal state (beginning)... didn't see alot of difference....used it for several weeks.... maybe my mood was a bit better...lol... but it is supposed to help the "dwindling" sexual disires.... you know increase your libido..... in that respect i can't say it changed much either way... Doc's formulas worked better for the "change of life" state of mind.
