I dont know on blessed thistle but milk thistle can produce milk in lactating mothers, but also is the ultimate liver protector herb IMO Erin

Guest guest
it is false, they are not the same thing! The thistle family is big but there are diffrences. Milk thistle (carduus marianus) is particulary good for the liver (regenerative), is hemostatic, higher the blood pressure and is a general tonic (blood particulary) and blessed thistle (cnicus benedictus) for stomach problems, gangraines, cancer and lowers the boold pressure. I can have more information.
