Guest guest
Here is a link to a page that explains soy. Don't know who conducted the study and all that stuff that makes folks question an arcticles validity. http://www.westonaprice.org/myths_truths/myths_truths_soy.html I consumed soy daily and loved it until I read another arcticle, which I found on: www.gooff.com called " soy myth " And I emmediately stopped it's consumption. I had this pain in my left breast for along time and was very concerned, the gynoclologist couldn't find anything but I knew something was wrong. I read the arcticle, quit soy and the pain/discomfort went away. I confided in my mom as well regarding my pain and she ironically said she had a similiar one in her breast, she also consumed soy. She quit as well and the pain went away. I tried getting to the gooff sight but it's unavailable so I came up with the first link for any of you interested in delving into soy further. Pam > " L.
