Guest guest
you can def. use stinging nettle for tea (i use the leaf for allergies) but you can use the root or the leaf depending on what you are wanting it for (may want to do a search on nettle to find out the properties of both). i always use dried nettle for tea but only b/c that's what i have. my understanding is that fresh would be even better, that you would just cut it pretty small and then put it in your tea infuser. suzi just posted instructions for making tea in the files too...wow if only i had yr backyard!! good luck. luv laura herbal remedies , Maureen Sullivan <sullivan@t...> wrote: > I have a (acre) backyard full of stinging nettles.
