after your cleanse...i am finding nettle to be really helpful for

allergies (leaf not root). i've also heard quercerin (don't know if

i'm spelling that right) is helpful but have never tried it. also

the total tonic is good at cutting down mucous...and lots of raw

garlic helps with this too.

Hi Julie,

Have you checked out the files yet? You will find tons of info in there along with recipes, how to's and all the cleanses.

Allergies are usually a very strong sign that ones liver is congested and not working properly. If you are suffering from lots of allergies then I would suggest you do the bowel cleanse first then the kidney/bladder cleanse then the liver cleanse. This will open up the pathways of elimination and allow for the removal of toxins when you begin the liver cleanse. From there you can go onto the total body cleanse which is quite intense but will do wonders for your allergies and body. You will be a whole new you if you follow the cleanses to a 'T'. I promise you this.

You may only need to do the bowel, kidney/bladder, and liver cleanse to obtain the relief and freedom from allergies that you are seeking. Do take a very hard long look at your diet. What you eat, drink and generally put into your body. This includes meds. You will want to modify this a lot in order to maintain your health once you achieve your goals.
