Jeannie, I don't want to alarm you but there is a type of tumor that releases adrenaline. Do not touch the lump at all, as it will release large amounts the more it is irritated in any way. I am not surprised your eyes are involved as the nerves and tissues that allow eye function run through the brain to the back of the head. Call Doc on this one hon.

[herbal remedies] Palpitations or not ?

Hi Can anyone help? For the last 2 yrs I have had what my doc says are palpitations, and for all this time I have taken 3 different kinds of tablets (to no avail), prozac, seroxat and one I cant remember, none worked and I am no longer on medication.Recently I have noticed that I have 2 lumps on the back of my head, just up from my hairline, when these lumps swell, the palpitations get a lot worse and it feels like every breath I take is my last, also when I move my eyes the palpitations are a lot worse, I know this sounds very odd lol but I have tried to explain it just like it happens. When the lumps on my head swell they really hurt a lot and I cant move my neck very much.Last night I was sitting down, not moving at all, then when I moved my eyes only I have the worse palpitations ever, can anyone help or am I just a loon lolLove and Peace, Jeannie x x x Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Sounds to me like your've got something out of place..... find a D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) who is trained in OMT (Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy) or a good Chiropractor.

Another thing I find helpful is CST (Cranial Sacral THerapy) see the Upledger.com site for someone in your area. My doctor is trained in this very subtle technique and it helps me a lot.

I get this weird stuff off and on, no fun and can be scary if you don't know what's causing it.

Hope this helps
