Guest guest
I would suggest to anyone having problems with depression, to seriously consider doing 2 out of 3 meals a day, raw, and juice. I have not yet heard anyone doing a raw food diet that has a problem with depression. If you are going from a cooked diet to raw, your body does do an ajustment. When I did this, I felt very cold for a couple of weeks. I suspect there is a big detoxifing effect when you go raw and juice. I know that some people miss cooked food, but I have'nt. It's been easier than I would have thought. I've got to honestly say, that I have never felt happier. I thought about doing raw for a long time, before I actually did it. It really didn't appeal to me at first. That was just a mind thing. I quess we talk ourselves out of so many good things. There is certainly nothing to lose!
