Guest guest
Well Sugar, you do have alot going on! I have a couple of very simple suggestions. 1. You have to find a few minutes each day for quite or rejuvination. Now i am not just talking at the end of the day when you finally get to go to sleep, more like quiet time. If you can set aside just 20 or even as little as 10 minutes each day to "reset" -you can just sit outside and breathe, watch the world go by, go for a short walk, meditate, pray, or even write a letter. Make a commitment to take this time each day and do some or all (in rotation of course) those things. 2. DIET! Modify all of your diets immediately. The more stress you put on your body by eating poor foods, the harder it is for your body to deal with stress. There is no doubt for me, when i eat poorly, i usually feel bad within an hour of doing so. I have little to no energy in the next 24 to 48 hours following even. Perfect example, last night while running errands, hubby and i stopped for a snack (quesadilla's) all the cheese put me into an immediate food coma; i passed out for 2 1/2 hours! i still feel elthargic this morning. 3. Make a pact with your sig other to do the same, no matter what is going on, and you both help each other to stay on track. 4. Remind yourself daily that it will get better. Our thoughts are with you, so keep us all posted. SylviaSugar <sugarfatz wrote: Note: forwarded message attached.====="Either Marinate or Elevate"SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month!http://sbc.
