What I want to know is where is the best place to buy them? I have a GNC store very near me and I thought of going there. Is this a good place to go or is there somewhere else I should be going? Also can I take them on an empty stomach or should I take them with food? I hope you folks can help me. Thanks a bunch. Pearlmoon For garlic I would suggest the liquid tablets - or better yet a liquid version you make yourself such as garlic in ACV or garlic in olive oil (the latter tastes delicious) For pills versions DO NOT get deodorized as the scent allicin (sp?) is a big part of the medicial benefit...when that's taken away so is the aide it provides. I would take them with food. Erin

Guest guest
Why not just make Total Tonic? It's made with garlic, onion, ginger root, horseradish root, habanero peppers and organic apple cider vinegar. Full recipe is in the files section at the website. Better for you than some pill from whatever. Probably cheaper too. I know it tastes better. Good gargle or salad dressing (with a tad bit o' extra virgin olive oil). Just my 12 cents worth.
