Guest guest
You make me laugh LOL about the looks of the cooked flax seeds. Actually I believe this can also be used as an egg replacement. I just grind my flax seeds in a " coffee grinder " and put them on my cereal, fruit salad, or vegetable salad; and then make sure I get lots of water to drink during the day. It still has a laxitive effect. Aloe vera and Psyllium are also good laxitives. Yours Truly. Glenda
