I thought it worked great though it was tough getting it down (ugh! what a taste!) but, since then, another naturopathic doctor told me that was a horrible thing to do to my liver. I feel I have a good program for intestinal cleansing but could use some tips on cleaning the bile duct and liver. Clean pipes mean good flow and less chance of strokes, embolisms, heart attacks etc. However, you still gotta clean out the bile duct, liver and intestinal tract as that is the route of cholesterol removal naturally. The body just doesn't get rid of cholesterol any other way that I am aware of. > > Don Quai> - > gayekyc1 > herbal remedies > Monday, July 07, 2003 3:48 PM> Re: [herbal remedies] high cholestrol > > > Hi, I'm new, Forgive me for kust jumping in...Isn't Niacin also good for> cholestrol? Guest guest
Hi Anna, The best way to clean out the liver and bile duct would be to do the full liver/gallbladder cleanse. Of course, you can do the Liver Bomb (which is the olive oil and lemon juice) and this will get rid of the gall stones and gravel that usually plugs this duct and our livers up. But the complete cleanse would be by far the best route to go hands down. Then one really needs to evaluate their diet, and life style and make changes accordingly so as to remove the cause of toxic, congested livers and gall bladders. Guest guest
They simply pass into the digestive tract and are eliminated with stool. The gall bladder empties out bile into the digestive tract on a regular basis.
