Guest guest
OK, I see in the archives on niacin some talk about niacin, apple cider vinegar and food... am still digging but if someone can help me cut to the chase, I'd appreciate it. I have high blood pressure, the kind where the lower number is too high. Instead of a nice 120/80, I tend to be stuff like 130/90 or 135/100. Bad, bad, bad. I'm on Zestril for it but maybe niacin would help? I'm still digging through the archives but see someone's mother was able to combat the high blood pressure through natural means... By the way, I just started getting Rolfed (Structural Integration) and just have to say that if you've ever wondered if you'd benefit from Rolfing then you need to take a closer look!! My intuition had told me that it might help with some of my problems but my pocketbook had kept me from trying it. My painful ligaments plus a steady job after years of part-time and/or seasonal work convinced me that I needed to do something NOW and so I have started. Only 2 treatments so far, 8 more to go, but I am feeling better, have better movement. For what it's worth, I thought I'd mention it. - Anna
