Guest guest
Jim, If you are taking over the counter manufactured bottled herbs... it's no wonder... You need to be making your own tinctures, etc... Most Manufacturers put very little herbs if any in their products... Either grow your own herbs or buy bulk herbs from a reliable source...or purchase from a place you know has high quality herbal products. Most of us on this list make most all of our tinctures. What you have read many of us have known for some time.... SuziJim <jims2001 wrote: I've had virtually zero lucks with herbs over the years. And I've come to disbelieve all the hype now about them. However, I just read an article that might interest some of you. It talks about the impurities in many herbal company's supplements. It's no wonder I've had suck little success.http://www.sciencenews.org/20030607/bob8.asp Free online calendar with sync to Outlook.
