Guest guest
First and upmost hormonal imbalances are a major cause of acne. From bc pills to artificial hormones to just regular imbalances resulting from pregnancy, genes, etc. Do you suspect any sort of imbalance? Also, a toxic liver creates skin problems - spots, boils, growths, discoloration and acne. Erin

After you get all the ingredients together how much vodka do you use? About 1 1/2 or 2 inches above herbs. Do you pour it over the herbs and let it sit for a while? Yes - see the how to make tincture file......for better instructions I think it's under "How to Make"I need help with this. No problem.. Guest guest
I've always had mild acne, but a few years back, at age 45, my face broke out with rather large, clear liquid filled mini-boils. I don't know if that's acne or not, but it came out of nowhere and my face looked worse than it did at age 15. I lived with it for a while, then I switched from washing my face with soap and water to using lavender oil exclusively. I just use it straight from the bottle--around 7 drops. I buy a good organic quality from a distillery in France that is 100% lavender oil that is not cut with other oils. That cleared up the problem very quickly and has prevented it from returning other than an odd pimple here and there. But nothing like the massive outbreak I was originally living with. I still use lavender oil and mix it with jojoba oil to help keep my skin moist. It's made a huge difference. In fact, in the last few months, I've had two hair stylists comment on what beautiful skin I have. In my entire life, no one has ever told me I have beautiful skin and no wonder--I've always had blemishes. Now, I'm going on 48 years old and I have 20 something stylists commenting on what beautiful skin I have.
Guest guest
I order it from the Florial Distillery which is in the south of France. Here's their website: http://www.florihana.com/home_page/html/home_ang.htm I have also used Aura Cacia brand which my natural health food store sells, but it isn't the same quality. Florial's oils are either wildcrafted in a sustainable way, or organically cultivated which is important to me and pretty hard to find locally. Their website goes into detail on where their oils come from and how they distill them. I live in the US and the shipping costs only around $10 so ordering oils from France isn't as prohibitive as it might sound. The price of the oils are cheaper than the junk perfume grades most stores sell. So all around, it's not a bad deal. I'm quite pleased with them. You are supposed to be a professional to buy from Florial, but they are very open on what constitutes a " professional " . I just called myself a pagan healer and I got permission to buy. I've heard that Young Living Oils are good too, but I was really turned off by the high pressure sales pitch I got from their reps who claimed their product, and only their product, has any value and every other oil in the world is inferior to theirs. So, I'm basically boycotting Young Living Oils because it's just too crassly commercial. But that's just me...you may like them and find them easily available from a local representative versus having to import them from France. herbal remedies , spuds9092@j... wrote: > Hi!!
