Hi Oleandertwo,

Different things help different people with Fibro. MSM is very

popular. I have just recently gone to a 80% raw diet. The link below

has a lot of good recipes. Even tho I've only been doing this for a

couple of weeks, I'm already noticing a difference. Mind you, my

diet was pretty good. but going raw has been interesting. I do as

much organic as I can get and drink good water. Other than using a

herbal detox tea in the morning, I drink water all day. I also

understand a macrobiotic diet is very good for healing. The files

have tonic formulas worth trying. There is no 1 magic fix all, it's

a lifestyle that you have to aim for.

You have to ask yourself, what am I eat and drinking, what changes

do I have to make, and am I willing?
