Guest guest
Lisa, Put cabbage leaves inside your bra and just leave them there and they can help with the swelling. I think I'm remembering this properly when I say that they will turn black and then that's when you should change them. I'm not sure how that works exactly but it's one of those tried and true methods that actually work. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this phenomenon. Guest guest
This response begs the question, what's a "natural" bra? If you just mean 100% cotton then you've got to do a bit more bra shopping before making those sorts of statements. Mine are all 100% cotton with underwire. Guest guest
Lisa, You can rebuild those muscles if there's nothing physical from preventing you from doing that. I took the underwire out of one of my bras just to see how it felt but I get uniboob, which I hate. You have to invest in some good ones that don't have it. I know they are out there.
