Lisa,

Put cabbage leaves inside your bra and just leave them there and they can

help with the swelling. I think I'm remembering this properly when I say

that they will turn black and then that's when you should change them. I'm

not sure how that works exactly but it's one of those tried and true methods

that actually work. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this phenomenon.

This response begs the question, what's a "natural" bra? If you just mean

100% cotton then you've got to do a bit more bra shopping before making those

sorts of statements. Mine are all 100% cotton with underwire.

Lisa,

You can rebuild those muscles if there's nothing physical from preventing

you from doing that.

I took the underwire out of one of my bras just to see how it felt but I

get uniboob, which I hate. You have to invest in some good ones that don't

have it. I know they are out there. I just haven't started looking yet.

Well, apply that concept to boobs and you get the picture!

She got the cotton ones at Sears years ago, and doubts very much if they carry the same line in this day and age. The silk one she ordered over the net years ago as well and since all labels have been removed (labels are usually synthetic even on natural items) I don't have a link to give you.

Just use your search engine and I'm sure you'll find 'em.

Since I've never shopped for bras ;o), I suppose I have to go on my wife Valorie's expertise here.

Even though she is quite large (double D I think is her size), she never wears one (even when exercising) unless we are going out on some social occasion which warrants it because of the dress she is wearing.

She only has a couple of bras and one is "organic silk", and the other two are "organic cotton". None of them have wires.

This is what I consider "Natural". For those who know me well, I always push "organic" even if I don't mention those words specifically.
