Guest guest
A friend of mine's father has some health problems. He is elderly, overweight, has diabetes, kidney insufficiency. He is also having some severe foot pain. He's kinda against herbal remedies (witchcraft in his eyes, lol) But she really wants to help with his pain. Now normally, I say, you can't be healed if you don't want to. But I did tell her I'd check out some remedies for her as she's pretty much at her wits end. He's a stubborn old man. First thought that came to mind was an epsom salts soak...maybe with some Chamomile, Arnica, St Johns Wort....something along them lines. But then I had to consider that he is in kidney failure, so I wasn't sure about the salts. I mean, I know it's just for a foot soak, but hey, **I'm** not gonna be the one sending his kidney's in complete shutdown if I'm not really 100% sure. Here is basically what I was thinking: Alternating hot/cold foot epsom salt soaks with the herbs and apple cider vineger....and extra fluid intake. Any opinions, ideas, suggestions?
