Hi Amy,

Passion Flower normally is used in the herb cut & sift form. Not

sure why they would send it in the powder.

Passion Flower is a wonderful relaxant and de-stresser but when

using it in a tea you may want to add some peppermint or spearmint to

help with the flavor. A natural sweetner you also could use is

stevia.

When using the cut & sift, put some either directly in the pot or

cup and allow to steep to get the strength you want. The longer it

steeps, the stronger it will be.

If using it in powder form we suggest 2 tsp. per tea bag as this

seems to be a good strength.

If we are able to help any further, please contact us at

silvermoonherbs or come to our web site (should be back up

and running in the next 72 hrs. - we had some problems) which is

www.silvermoonherbs.com

Good luck and hoped this helps some.
