Of course this isn't vain! We all want to look our best. Internally make sure to get plenty of numerous vits esp E, and water.

Try making a blend of jojoba oil, emu oil, a little shea butter or cocoa (although shea is best), and adding carrot seed eo and frankincense eo. Buy a small bottle as they are expensive and only add one drop or two. This is what I put in my oil for under the eyes for wrinkle preventing

Hi Jen,

Probably the more experienced people on the list can give you more/better advice than I can, but in my opinion you need to take some oil into your body. Work it from the inside, rather than the outside. Doc recommends Udo's oil as being the best. It is not readily available in the UK, so I use Flaxseed Oil (make sure the oil is supplied in a glass bottle, not plastic). Doc says he takes 2 tbs per day in summer, and 4 tbs per day in winter - due to the use of heaters etc. I used 3 tbs per day, went down to 2 tbs per day but noticed the difference in my hands (dry conditions came back). Now I've upped it to 4 tbs per day to handle dry scalp.

Lisa

[herbal remedies] A touch of vanity......

I know this may sound a bit vain, but I've been a bit upset because wrinkles and dark circles are appearing under my eyes. I have crows feet around my eyes and smile wrinkles as well. :( I'm only 31!I'm not willing to waste £10+ in the shops for anti-wrinkle cream that I don't trust....so I was wondering, are there any herbal lotions/cream that can use that will help my wrinkles and circles?

Hi Lisa and Jen,

Here are several links for Udo's oil in the UK. I am quite certain that there are more but I only found these three on a quick search. Sulphur is also very much needed by the skin to maintain its elasticity. Therefore, MSM would not be out of the question to take as it would also help the skin
