Guest guest
Ehem....I've lost my voice this year more than I have ever before. Actually, I can't remember ever losing my voice outside of this year. A few months ago, I lost it completely. Suzi Quzi suggested total tonic. Worked great. About two weeks ago I lost it again...only I did not have the ingredients for tt on hand and I really wanted to nip it in the bud. I made up a concoction...*almost* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (I say almost cause I'm a sissy, lol), and a WHOLE lot of honey mixed into a cup of boiling water. I could FEEL it working...as you could imagine, lol...right into my ears. I took a teaspoon of this about every 15 minutes over a few hours. Woke up in the morning, and finished it off. Basically I just poured it down the back of my throat by the teaspoonful. It doesn't seem quite as **hot** that way. My voice was a little hoarse that day, but nothing like it was and it no longer hurt. The following day the hoarseness was completely gone. Guest guest
Awhile back there was discussion on losing voice and voice tonics etc... here is one suggestion... you might do a search for voice or voice tonic... Suzi A. 3 tablespoons of Panter Piss a day, with one taken before he goes on stage. #B. A plant enzyme capsule before each meal. #C. Start taking some kind of culture (acidopholus, etc.) to build back the good bacteriacubana_r <cubana_r wrote: hi guys.I sometimes lose my voice a bit, my throat itches and is sore and red most of the time.
