Anyway I had said that was a good idea. Do you use a peppermill? I am soooo hungry and that sounds sooo good! I marinate the peppers after slicing a slit in the side, in olive oil and apple cider vinegar, some herbs and garlic for a few hours and warm them on the barbie. I used to remove the seeds but don't any more saves time. In India they use peppers to settle their stomaches. It even helps with a spastic colon and gas somehow. Bye, bye ulcers! My cousin in NM just learned a new thing with peppers, and what ever it is they all go goo goo over it.
