I'm a new member here and thought I'd make my first post as a reply. I set up a searchable database a few years ago that I keep this kind of information in. I have one database for natural remedies, one for homemade natural products (like cleansers, etc.), and one for food recipes. All three get backed up once a month or thereabouts so in case my computer dies I won't loose much. Since I glean a lot of information from lists like this and from the internet, it's easier for me to cut-and-paste the info into a database form than to do anything else with it. Magazine clippings do have to be typed up, but I don't have a lot of those myself. Then I don't have reams of paper to look through when I, for instance, want to know how to unstuff a stuffy nose - a quick search gives me all the answers I've run across. I highly recommend this method of filing. Once you get a database set up it's easy to add new things. Madelyn
