I have used a lot of different alternative remedies for sinus, but for permenant relief of sinus infections, nothing does the job like nasal irrigation (neti pot). It does take a little getting use to, running water threw your sinuses, but boy is it worth it! You'll also notice a dramtic reduction in any kind of respiratory problems also.
