Parsley is a natural diuretic. It is also a good blood cleanser. It has a high source of Vitamin C - more than oranges I believe. IT also helps you digest foods, helps alleviate gas and bad breath

Just checked my food composition

database..............

 

Parsley, 1 oz, has 37.8 mgs of Vit C

Orange, 1 oz, has 15.1 mgs of Vit C

Sweet Red Peppers, just for fun, has 54 mgs per ounce.
