Yup I have tried it and then quit using it when I found out about genetically engineered soy.

yes. My son Jamie used to eat it all the time. Doc took him off all soy products though. Soy seems to have some counter indications, which are still being researched - one of them being that soy contains a plant-equivalent of the female hormone Oestrogen - definitely not for boys to use LOL. Anyhow, Doc also said that there is no guarantee anymore that any soy purchased is non-GM (Genetically Modified) - he found in a research that supposed GM-free soy was processed in the same machine as GM soy, without cleaning in between! So he's advising all his patients to stay well away from soy.

An excellent alternative would be raw goat's yoghurt.

Lisa

John,

It will only contain those if it has been fermented or I guess if they've

been added. You'd have to find brand info. What's the brand you're looking

at and we can do a product search on the net.

I wasn't

aware of that. Hm. How about the probiotics?

Anyone know if it contains the same or similar to

dairy yogurt?

Hi John,

No goat milk and goat milk products are not considered dairy. Dairy is kept strictly for cows at this time.
