Guest guest
Hi- My mother is on those things... we have been doing a gradual liver cleanse. You may want to do a "gradual" cleanse... this means gradually replacing anything not organic or natural... basically eating a "clean" diet filled with good things... herbs, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. If you eat like this, your body will naturally detox. I like to do cleanses once or twice a year as a jump start, but with a healthy diet and lifestyle, it gets less pressing. My mother has been drinking dandelion tea which mildly works on the liver... we are noticing that her bowel movements are more regular, etc. She drinks a cup a day, as a tonic. So maybe this is another option for you? Love, kathyTyrie Grubic <yeshuassheep wrote: Hi Molly,Yikes! Did they know that zyprexa is a sort of super-chargingcatalyst for lithium? a little zyprexa can several timesmultiply the effective dosage of lithium.I wish I knew more about how to detox them out. I've been onall sorts of psychotropic medications in the past. I have beenoff them for over three years. When I went off them, it neveroccurred to me to do anything to help them out of my system. Ido suspect, however, that I had lingering effects that graduallydeclined for 1-2 years, and I was not on anything like thecocktail they've had your mother on for her multiple problems.Yet one more reason I want to do a total body cleanse. I'vebeen trying to for about 6 months now. I have all the tincturesand herbs and everything. I've scheduled it and blocked thetime out twice, but each time have had something come up justbefore I was starting it. It doesn't sound like it should be sohard to fit in, but somehow, it /is/. :(TyrieThe New Search - Faster. Easier. Bingo.http://search.Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
