Guest guest
Tyrie, Was it Allergies: Disease in Disguise by Carolee Bateson-Koch? That book is an amazing read and I highly recommend it to anyone who has any sort of illness for which they are unable to find a cause. She has a whole section on brain allergies and the fact that a lot of psychiatric disorders are as a result of food allergies. Incredible. Maybe one of these would be helpful. The first is Developmental Movement Therapy. I started this last fall due to a head injury 5 1/2 years ago. When I met the therapist and asked how she became interested, I learned that the therapy was useful not only for head injuries, but also for all learning disabilities and removing all "symptoms commonly designated as the various psychiatric or mental illnesses." See, they can't -say- they heal people of those things... The therapist's son had had dyslexia, ADD, and bi-polar. After completing the therapy, all gone! I have been amazed at the results I began seeing 4-5 months into the program. It is a very physical program, the exercises are quite a work-out. Let me know if you want more information. The second possibility I stumbled across was in a book on food allergies. This doctor had seen an amazing range of symptoms as a result of allergies, including the full range of psychiatric problems, so he recommended a complete explorations of food-elimination to see if the symptoms went away. I forget the book off-hand, but I could find it if needed. Tyrie The New Search - Faster. Easier. Bingo. http://search. Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I told my friend to stop the dairy products and the glutens, but feel that I am too ignorant at this point to suggest anything further. According to Food your miracle medicine by Jean Carpet some people have an allergy to caffeine that only shows up mentally. These have even found out some people who were in hospitals with schizophrenia were cured taking away caffeine, I kid you not. Of course it's not this simple with most of people with schizophrenia but just an example.High anxiety and other problems can also be an reaction. You may want to discontinue caffeine completely for one month and see if any symptoms are helped Erin
