Guest guest
Check out the female formula in the files. For me no regular meat, dairy or soy as they cause more problems. I do use organic instead (except soy that completely off limits for me). A great aid for pain is hot/cold therapy switching every 10 minutes or so. I can't tell you how much that has helped me. I'm looking for 2 things. First off, I'm wondering what is the herbal approach to beating this. Second, I'm looking for anything that can ease the pain besides Vicoden or Perkiset. I would much appriciate any info I can gather & so would my friend as she is writhing in pain.-Shelby Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Guest guest
1200 mgs of a good and assimilatable calcium is what I recommend for ALL female troubles, and it seems to have had a wonderful success rate for pain. PMS, cramps, headache and backache with monthly periods all point to a severe lack of calcium. I not only recommend taking calcium every hour till the pain stops, (usually within 2 hours) but to maintain from there on out, a level of 1200 mg's a day, everyday, menstrating or not. Women of different ages/stages have different calcium requirements, as do people who are healing. What people tend to forget is that our bodies NEED calcium to heal, period, no matter what else we do or don't do calcium is always an issue. Our hearts need it to beat....our brains need it to think...we need it for bones, sleeping, and our bodies need it to heal. I recently recommended it for grinding teeth at night and TMJ syndrome with wonderful success. Biting nails AND grinding teeth at night are both signs of calcium deficiency especially in children. Bad sleeping habits (or insomnia) can be calcium/magnesium related also. Have even had success with endometriosis and calcium also. Nothing more than calcium and Tang Qui. Infertility too....... My sister had cysts and calcium worked for her for the pain. I also recommend Tang Qui(wonder if this herb is high in calcium, I always thought it must be) for uterine cysts. I have never had cysts but my sister did and both worked well for her, although it did not cure her problems. She would use something till she felt better or to get her through the rough times, then quit so it's hard to say if it would have eliminated the problems for ever had she stuck with the programs. I would think MSM would help immensly with the pain. I have NEVER recommended using MSM without also suggesting to raise the calcium level, as the body will heal with MSM to certain degrees and thus the need for additional calcium. I have seen people get nightly leg cramps (another sign of calcium deficiency) after starting MSM WITHOUT the use of additional calcium. I recommend calcium for growing pains in children also. I sincerely hope this has helped you and many others as well. bt > much appriciate any info I can gather & so would my friend as she is > writhing in pain. > -Shelby
