If it were me I would work on strengthening my immune system for beginners and also, work on relieving my respiratory symptoms.

Have you thought about Total Tonic & Echinacea Plus? (for your immune system)

and mullein?, and lobelia... both good for lungs...

Mullein is used internally for coughs, whooping cough, bronchitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis, tracheitis, asthma, influenza, excess respiratory mucus, tuberculosis, urinary tract infections, nervous tension, and insomnia.

I'm sure there are some members on here who deal with asthma that can give you some pointers also. You might want to give Doc a call also.

ROFL... yes we actually take it! Take a couple dropperfuls in a swallow of apple juice - it won't be nearly as bad if you can't take it straight.

Echinacea Plus is

fill the jar ¾ full with echinacea root and then add a distilled water/alcohol combination 50 - 50, to start drawing the essential oils and vital biochemicals out of the root. The brew is ready to press two weeks later, however the longer you let it sit the better it gets.

After this pressing, add a small amount of Organic Garlic and Organic Habanero juices are added to increase absorption into the body for faster and more potent results. or I've taken and after 2 weeks added a whole pepper and a couple cloves of garlic and blended it all and then let it sit another week or longer....

Thanks for the reply. I'll see what I can find on Mullein. But I have to ask, I just looked at the Total Tonic formula in the files.. do people actually drink that!? ;-) My hubby wouldn't get near me for a week. LOL Guess I might have to look into how to make tinctures. Also, I didn't see a recipe for Echinacea Plus, is this a brand?Jaimeherbal remedies , Suzanne Nottmeier wrote:> JaimeIf it were me I would work on strengthening my immune system for beginners and also, work on relieving my respiratory symptoms.
