Fahad...You can email Doc personally to find out about Intestinal Cleanses

ready made up.Dr.IanShillington . If you choose to mix it up

yourself , it is one part per volume for Intestinal Cleanse I. This makes it

easy to mix a little or alot. For example , if you use a small scoop then it

would be 1 Scoop = 1 part , so one scoop of each herb on the list. If you

were making Intestinal Cleanse II it would have 1 part of some herbs and two

parts of others , etc. Again your scoop or any other measure you choose
