There is an eyebright formula in the files that would be good...also remember, stress can do some strange things.. cayenne would help the blood vessel problem... you can make a tincture with cayenne easy enough unless you like eating them ...

I get that...the broken blood vessels in my eyes. I actually have

one right now. I get em from asthma attacks. Seems the straining

does it. One time I was on a ventilator. When I recovered, the

whites of my eyes were a deep blood red from rupturing blood vessels.

 

I've also gotten them from coughing too hard. My dad had one from

yelling LOL.

 

Sometimes I don't notice them (except looking at them) They don't

bother me. Other times it feels like I have a dry spot in my eye.

 

Think back to when you first noticed it. Did you do anything

strenuous? Maybe a strong coughing attack? They seem to get worse

before they get better...the color that is. Sometimes it'll seem

like it is starting to turn yellow as it's healing.
