Guest guest
Cabbage juice as friendly bacteria... Here is Dr. Ian Shillington's article:Cultured Cabbage Juice Cut up and put one whole cabbage in blender. Fill with water, and blend 2x Make 1 gal Put in glass jar and cover with saran wrap and rubber band Put in closet for 3 days Strain and drink 3-4 cups a day This drink will heal an inflamed colon. colonize friendly bacteria , (which anti-biotics kill along with the bad guys, leaving room for the bad guys to return.) and help the colon produce b vitamins. The results are usually noticable Smells good too :-) I don't know about smelling good, it's OK I guess depending on personal taste. I tried this formula a couple of times years ago, and it does do all of the above with flying colors. It is an excellent remedy and awesome at replacing friendly bacteria (much better {and cheaper} than buying acidophilus at the store as it literally creates trillions of the good guys ;o) Much love, Ian "Doc" Shillington KEN ROARK <kroark wrote: i dont no where you read that............but if you stored cabbage juice in the cupboard for three days, and then drank it.........you would wish you could die!!!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
Fahad, Just because milk and tomatoes now upset your stomach does not necessarily mean you have a food allergy to them. You most likely need a good body cleansing. As for the cabbage juice, I do not really know if it will assist in food allergies or not but I do know that a good liver/gall bladder cleanse, bowel cleanse and total body cleanse will. Saran wrap is just a trade name for plastic wrap and the only reason it is used to cover the cabbage is to allow the cabbage to ferment a little in the absence of oxygen. Any kind of plastic bag would work just as well. Yes, the cabbage must be stored in the dark for three days to allow for the fermentation process to begin. Then you may drink it straight and it is quite tasty, in my opinion. HTH, Don Quai - Fahad herbal remedies 7. Can it also help get rid of food alergies that were never there in teh past but came up recnetly? for instance in the past i coudl drink milk and eat tomatoes , now both disturb my stomach a lot also i read that saran wrap has to be put around the bottle of cabbage juice and it has to be stored in the cubporad for 3 days before drinking is taht true? we dont have saran wrap here in my city i dont think. can i just drink cabbage juice straight or do i have to store it for 3 days in a dark place .. thanks, love, Fahad Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
