Epsom salts are Magnesium sulfate and can be used as a laxative internally as well as in the bath for detoxifying.

Epsom Salts

Thanks for the answers, Suzi!

Regarding the epsom salts, the place I saw them in the cleanse

directions, had me consuming them, during the liver bomb. Rereading the directions, it says that 1/2 hour before bedtime,

drink a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of epsom salts

dissolved in it. I didn't see anything about putting salts in a

bath. It was the drinking them that made me puzzled about

epsom vs. celtic. I've heard of drinking 1T of celtic salt. Why epsom here??

Epsom salts rock with warts! My ex had bad acid warts on his hand, and the doc kept telling him to use this over the counter remover. It hurt him very badly, was very slow working, and expensive. Naturally he kept discontinuing the treatment. One time, when he had not done the treatment for awhile, he was taking a bath for a week with epsom salts to relaxz, and the warts all came off without any pain! :)
