Guest guest
Tina, It won't be a paste just alot of chopped up veges..sort of..and the acv added makes it liquidy.with ingredients . I use glass jars to let mine ferment and store... I don't refrigerate mine - keep it in the cabinet in a amber jar once i strain it. you can refrigerate it though. You can't really take too much.. if you are ill you can take several dropperfuls every several hours...(it's all natural).. of courese, mine doesn't have tumeric in it.. I wouldn't think you would need to add any more.... you have put all the ingredients into your blender... then add the apple cider vinegar - about an inch or two (i do two) above the ingredients, then blend it all up again and let it "ferment" so to speak. (i've probably seen these answers here already, but I cant recall them, soooo...) From the recipe I downloaded, it seems to me this becomes a paste of sorts? Does it need to be kept in any kind of special container? Does it need refridgeration? Also, if I add tumeric, I'd have to add more apple cider vinegar? how much per day should I be taking? if I take too much what, if anything, may happen? Guest guest
Do not peel 'em. Any of 'em! Leave the peels on when you dice 'em up. There are a lot of nutrients in the peel. But clean 'em real well using a vegetable brush and clean water. Do not use chlorinated water. Guest guest
PS. If you use tap water that has been chlorinated, place your water in a large gallon, wide mouthed jar outside in the sun for six hours with the top off. This will get rid of the chlorine.
