Guest guest
Yeap, that's what I felt like this morning...like I was in Hypothermia (sp?). I took my shower, then turned the water as hot as I could stand it for a few minutes...this was not too bad at all. Then, I reached down and turned the hot all the way off and had to jump out to catch my breath. Seriously, it took my breath away. I turned the hot back on some and got back in and adjusted it as cold as I could stand it and it still gave my skin a blue tinge... Then, I turned on just the spigot and ran my foot under it all hot and all cold (these old funky feet are the toughest thing about me). Is this okay, or do I really have to turn all the hot water off on my whole body? If so, what can I take to block the messages that my skin sends to my brain? Which, by the way is, "Don't even think about fighting, just run, run, run!!!!!" Doc, I got the UDO's oil today!!!! They really mean for that stuff to stay in tact. The two bottles were inside a box inside a box that was four times as big with all those little Styrofoam things packed around it. Now, all I'm waiting on is for you to have a chance to answer the other e-mail I sent directly to you and I'll be on Jack! I'm still anxious, but I'm beginning to look forward to this cleanse. Yall have a good one... Angel All incoming and outgoing scanned with NAV for both our protection.
