I know from experience cabbage leaves work. My midwife told me that it would take a few days with the cabbage leaf to completely dry up my milk. Worked like a charm with minimal itching and no discomfort or pain at all, and I seemed to have a lot of milk. So my question is would it only take the excess away? Should she only use it one or two nights, or just when feeling engorged? Curious, Erin
