Hello Doc, OK, my dh and I are going to do the cleanse but, the problem is he said NO WAY to the total vegan diet. How will it work if he does the cleanses but does not use a vegan diet? Will it still work just not as effective? There's no way to convince him to give up his meat. Believe me it was hard enough to wean him off beef. Guest guest Posted March 11, 2003 Report Share Posted March 11, 2003 Wellllllllll, like anything else having to do with natural healing, ya git out of it, what you put into it. ;o) To answer your question, he would most emphatically get some thing out of it, if he only did the herbal regimen, however, he'd get a 100% if he did it completely vegan. Tell him it's only for a month, surely he's that tough LOL. If he won't budge, try and limit him to "Organic" chicken.
