Let me give you a little info about me. I'm 26, married w/ a 2 year old (that might explain it!). I eat a very balanced and healthy diet. No fast food, refined foods, or sugar. I eat fruit in the am and salads and veggies along w/ cheese and meat in the pm. I get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. I take vitamins (beta-carotene, Vit E and C, Black currant oil, and garlic) and I exercise (yoga, weights, and walking). I don't understand what could make me so tired all the time. Lack of iron? My mother says I should go to the doctor to get blood work done, but I know they'll just give me a prescription and I don't want that. sigh..any advice would be appreciated!
