Guest guest
For one thing, if I had assimilation problems, I doubt my body would have had the resources to grow a vein into my leg from the internal iliac in my abdomen... :-) Btw, I do have a low protein S, which combined with the pill is what caused the extensive clotting damage in my let. It would be interesting if it were possible to go back in time to the original clot which was originally the size of a large marble in my lower abdomen in the common iliac vein then spread downward through the femoral and i believe popliteal or tibeal all the way to my ankle. It would be interesting to go back in time and know if I had not done what everybody does in an emergency ( namely, go to the doctor) but if we had not been poor people with the cheapest health insurance, and if I had gone to a naturapathic doctor, if they could have solved this for me. having gone back in time to that original trouble -- it may be that I could have avoided years andyears of grief and reclotting of the leg, ifmy initial visit had been to a naturopathic doctor ( with the qualification that it would have had to be a naturpathic doctor who would have known what to do, since you yourself Doc, recently discovered through experimentation what to do with the clotting and the varicose veins in your legs). But they put me in the hospital and they hooked me up to iv heparin and within 3 days time the clot had grown down to my knee because they were unable to elevate the heparin levels in my blood significantly enough to make a difference. It would be interesting to know. But really, I do not buy white flour breads: only whole foods breads fresh baked locally from organic flours and this has been my habit forever because as a youth my mom would Grind her own flour and Bake her own whole wheat bread and we had chickens in the mountains that were free roaming and grain fed and I have not even seen eggs that healthy in the organic dept at the health food store -- the yolks so nice and yellow and the shells so hard because the chickens were healthy and had all the calcium they needed. And even the meat we did eat growing up from the time I was a freshman in highschool, was home grown LEAN grown, Natural grown pork, fed on fermented grains -- something my mom learned how to do somewhere... And when my mom baked waht she considered sweets, it was always whole wheat health nuggets low in sugar and fat. I simply doubt that I have assimilation troubles ... Seriously, because my folks had friends when I was very young who were health nuts and taught my mom the ropes ... :-) Peace, Cathie
