RE: dry sauna: temp. between 140 and 180. Plenty of salt and potassium tablets available as needed, drink lots of water. Take breaks as needed, even a cool shower. Lower benches are cooler than upper ones (as heat rises). Flow through ventilation-most saunas have these-as it can get stuffy. work up to longer periods in the "box" gradually. Nutrients should be taken as you are sweating out a lot of them with the perspiration-i.e.:vits and mins. the book and site referenced in e-mail yesterday:clearbodyclearmind.com is specifically about dry sauna sweat-out detox.Cell-salts -- in addition to salt and potassium tablets-are good to have around and to take as well. someplaces they are called bioplasma (cell salts). Best, Bob P.S.: there is a lot more to this but I'll defer.

Good data Bob, and I think this is covered in the "Clear Body, Clear Mind" book as well.
