Guest guest
~~ I tucked this post away for future reference. Thanks. I spent a little time there today reading and getting an education. I had a couple questions. One is about the astralagus for blood sugar; how much should a person take? (My husband is diabetic). I also was interested in the teeth/gum formula, and how the doctor said the water pic could drive the ingredients further into gums. I have friends at work who have crowns/caps on some of their teeth, as I also do, who told me a water pic is the best way to clean around the gums with these. But I had wondered if you could also drive bacteria in. The one has had problems with infections around these crowned teeth. Should we only use water pics with some sort of disinfectant added? Anything out there to strengthen the integrity of the tooth enamel itself? ~~ doodle bug <doodlebugboodles wrote: Doc has posted the recipe in the files.
