Guest guest
Hi Gina, snoring is a sign of an obstructed airway. A couple of my grandkids, had to have T & A's by the time they were 2, because their tonsils and adnoids were so enlarged. They would sleep terrible at nite, and snore like chairsaws! Occasional snoring is no big deal, but if it's consistant, you should be looking at why. Apnea is more serious . You actually stop breathing for a few seconds. It is a sign of a problem, and shouldn't be ignored. You really have to be in the same room with a person, to tell if they are having sleep apnea.
