Again, I don't know how well it works, but it claims to be flush-free. ~~ Inositol is a member of the B family of vitamins and so is niacin. In other words, the damn stuff repeats on me if I take it by mouth, like a cheap hot dog, or something.... Fran Fran This suggests that your gallbladder is not happy. As cod liver oil is a FAT and burping it up suggests digestive disfunction. Maybe switch to caps of vitamins A and D which is why you are taking cod liver oil in the first place. Hope this helps mjh
Guest guest
Re immunizations I am going to Chengdu in June and was advised to get immunizations for Hep A, typhoid, and tetanus booster. What do you all know about any risks in not getting immunized for this part of China? I am inclined to not do it. Thanks.
